I’m thrilled to share that I have the incredible opportunity to go on a missions trip to Africa with my college team, Westmont Women’s Soccer! This trip is so much more than soccer—it’s about serving others, building relationships, and sharing hope with communities that need it most. I feel called to step out of my comfort zone and use this experience to make a real difference.

This mission is deeply personal to me because I’ve always had a heart for helping others and showing compassion. Growing up, I saw how kindness and support can change lives, and I want to be that source of hope for someone else. Being able to do this alongside my teammates makes it even more special. We’ll not only share the love of the game but also the love of Christ.

One verse that inspires me for this trip is 2 Timothy 4:17:

“But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it.”

This reminds me that God equips us with strength and purpose to serve others and share His love wherever we go.
