All will travel together to Kenya before separating for 5 days on the different ministry efforts. The groups will reunite at the end of the trip for a time of reflection and enjoying God's creation at a safari park.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Passport- All team members will need to have a valid passport to travel to Kenya. If an individual’s passport expires within SIX months of the return date, then he/she needs to plan to renew the passport. If an individual only holds a passport card, then he/she needs to plan to apply for an official passport.Passport information can be found on the US Department of State’s website (https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports.html)
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate
- Visa (to be registered for once flights are booked for the team and yellow fever vaccine is acquired)
Responsibilities
- Send Non-Refundable $300 Deposit by October 25
- Final Funds sent by January 6
Preparation
- It is important that you plan to make a visit with your local physician for guidance on medications and vaccinations in relation to your personal health. The trip health requirements/recommendations below are guided by the Center for Disease Control’s suggestions for travelers, which can be found in detail at https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/kenya
- Yellow fever vaccination is required for entry (needed at least 8 weeks prior to departure)
- A prescription for malaria prevention, which will need to be started prior to leaving and continue after returning home. The prescriptions used most often are Malarone and Doxycycline. Each member’s doctor will provide him or her with the best recommendation.
- Recommended vaccinations- Hepatitis A and B, Covid, Typhoid.
- Recommended medication - Filled prescription for an antibiotic (typically Ciprofloaxin) for possible stomach troubles. Can also use Pepto Bismol Ultra.
